Idaho Precast Concrete opened its doors in Boise Idaho in 1983.  Focused on serving southwest Idaho with quality precast concrete products, the company continuously grew in production and reputation.  After years of expansion and growth, the business moved to Nampa, ID where it was certified by the National Precast Concrete Association making it one of only two NPCA certified companies in Idaho.  With this certification, Idaho Precast concrete products are manufactured with the highest standards for plant facilities, production operations and quality control procedures.

In 2011, the company purchased the assets and operations of long time competitor Boise Vault and Precast. This acquisition positioned the company to increase its market share in precast concrete manhole, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer products.  With this purchase, the company reorganized and changed its name to Idaho Precast Inc. Based on the historical growth of the company and with a commitment to become the single source for precast concrete products in Idaho, Idaho Precast Inc. expanded its manufacturing warehouse again in 2014 and 2020 adding a state of the art 3 yard batch plant and crane capacity to lift 30 tons. These investments have enabled the company to continue its thirty year history of providing top quality precast concrete products and exceptional customer service.
